Olympic has been building throughout the Turks and Caicos for over 30 years and among the team are some of the most experienced construction experts in the country.

Our vision was shaped by Holton "Polly" Dickenson, who after spending much of his life sailing the globe, was compelled to return home and settled on the emerging islands we find ourselves in decades later. Olympic was born out of a sense of global community, welcoming those from around the world to contribute and share their talents with others. This has guided our choice of projects, our building processes and our team members, resulting in satisfied clients who are among our biggest advocates. 

Our contracts over the past decade have included everything from high-end luxury beachfront villas, commercial developments, hospitality, multi use, schools, wellness centers to large scale infrastructure projects. Our attention to detail and quality of construction ensure we deliver a project beyond our customer’s vision.
