Tim Stroble

Tim Stroble, CPCU, ARe has a diverse and extensive work experience. Tim has held various leadership positions in the insurance industry, including Chief Executive Officer at Olympus Insurance Company and Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at Centauri Insurance. Tim also has experience as a Principal at Stroble Consulting, LLC.

Prior to that, they worked as a Vice President at Bankers Insurance, where they had complete authority over personal lines products and successfully grew direct premium while reducing the combined ratio. Tim also led multiple strategic partnerships during their time at Bankers Insurance.

Before joining Bankers Insurance, Tim served as the Director of Product Development at American Strategic Insurance/Safe Harbour Underwriters, where they had overall product responsibility for commercial insurance and completed various state expansion projects.

Additionally, Tim worked at All Risks, Ltd as the Director of Underwriting, Product Development, and Pricing, where they were responsible for developing and implementing small business insurance products.

Tim also held positions at Zurich North America as a Segment Product Manager, where they were responsible for profitable growth across all product lines, and at Farmers Insurance Group of Companies, where they held various roles, including Senior Product Manager and Product Management Analyst.

Tim's early career involved serving in the US Navy, where they held roles as a Naval Gunfire Liaison Officer and Division Officer on the USS OGDEN.

Tim Stroble, CPCU, ARe, has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics from the United States Naval Academy, which they obtained from 1988 to 1992. Tim also holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Management from Hawaii Pacific University, which they obtained from 1996 to 1997. In addition, they have obtained the CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) certification from the American Institute For Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters in 2005 and the ARe (Associate in Reinsurance) certification from the same institution in 2016.
