Desiree has been with OM Group Inc. since November 2017. Her first experience with a small business and it was the best decision for me – the company culture, growth opportunities and team/leadership dynamic are both positive and encouraging development.

Desiree has a bachelor's degree in Management, a Graduate Degree in Emergency Management and Homeland Security from Purdue.
