James Perkins

James Perkins is the current PROMIS Technical Project Manager at OM Group. James has over twenty-nine years of experience in project management, with a focus on the Federal sector. James has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University.

Perkins began their career as a Chief Project Controls Officer with the US Army Corps of Engineers. James then transitioned to the private sector, where they have worked as a Principal Consultant/Project Manager for Partners Business Consulting Group, Inc., and an Associate for Agile Group USA. James has been with OM Group since October 2018.

Perkins is highly skilled in leading and managing large teams, developing and implementing processes and procedures, and delivering quality results on time and within budget. James is an effective communicator and problem solver who excels at building relationships with clients and stakeholders. Under their leadership, OM Group has successfully delivered numerous complex technical projects.

James Perkins has a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Engineering Science from Trinity University.

Their manager is Sowmya Hariharan, CEO & President. James Perkins works with Bharani Saravana Prabhu - Application Support Manager, Renita Foster - Senior Environmental Program Manager, and Desiree Everett - Program Director.
