om.life is a wellness spa and lifestyle brand dedicated to healthy living for the mind, body, and spirit.

In the fall of 2015, om.life was created so that the health of the Jersey City community would be supported through affordable, effective, holistic services. Since then, om.life has quickly grown into something much bigger. It has become a lifestyle that is proactive about creating wellness and empowers everyone to make informed health choices. We take an open-minded, unbiased and eco-conscious approach to health and well-being. We only recommend and offer treatments and products that we love and have experienced ourselves firsthand. Our content is always relevant, honest and works to support you in creating a lifestyle that is healthy, simple and balanced. We value your time and your trust. And look forward to walking this journey together.

Our sanctuary combines ancient wisdom with modern-day science. We offer innovative treatments and are the first wellness spa on the East Coast to provide our unique combination of services. Our spa menu includes Floatation Therapy, Whole Body Cryotherapy, Infrared Sauna, NormaTec Recovery, Shamanic Healing, and Kangen Water. Whether you are looking to relax or recover, we have something for everyone.
