On the demand side, consumers are looking to buy vacation homes formixed use purposes (yield + self use), but the rising prices and management complexities have pushed people away to finally make a decision.At Omah, we solve this problem through a digital discovery and co-ownership platform. Consumers via Omah get access to 'affordable' fractions of 'professionally managed', holiday homes at 'key locations'. These homes will deliver great annual returns, appreciate in value, offer owner privileges/rights, and have no hassle of day-to-day management.We are building Omah to democratise ownership of Professionally managed Holiday homes globally.
