Stuart Hadley

Stuart Hadley is an accomplished professional in the pharmaceutical industry with extensive experience in Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (CMC). Currently serving as Director of CMC at OMass Therapeutics since February 2024, Stuart leads the planning and execution of CMC strategies for pipeline products, focusing on the development and scale-up of chemical processes for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs). Previously, Stuart spent seven years at F2G as Director of CMC, overseeing a cross-functional team responsible for CMC development and establishing integrated supply chains for drug products. Prior to that, a significant tenure at AstraZeneca involved roles such as Outsourcing Project Manager, where leadership of various outsourced projects spanned drug development and packaging, as well as contract negotiations with academic and industry partners. Stuart holds a BSc. in Chemistry with Pharmaceutical & Forensic Science from the University of Bradford.
