Lauren Barzee

Lauren Barzee is an experienced professional in people and culture management, currently serving as the Manager of People and Culture at Omatic since March 2021, where a commitment to empowering nonprofits is at the forefront of the role. Prior to this, Lauren spent over thirteen years at Carolina Yacht Club, successfully establishing an HR department as a Human Resources Coordinator and gaining extensive skills across various disciplines. Early career roles include serving as a Membership Assistant at Harbour Club and as a Legal Secretary/Paralegal for David Whittington, Esquire. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Western Carolina University, earned from 1999 to 2003.
