Marcia Hightower

Marcia Hightower is a Customer Success Manager at Omatic since October 2014, bringing valuable experience from a previous role as Executive Assistant and Human Resources Administrator. Prior to this, Marcia founded and served as COO of Hightower Concrete Works, LLC from July 2009 to October 2013. Marcia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Journalism from Miami University, earned between 1995 and 1999.
