Mark Chen

Mark Chen serves as the Human Resources Director at Omattrix since June 2025. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of HR Director APAC at Ambiq from April 2022 to October 2024. Mark's previous experience includes serving as Senior HR Manager at Pepperl+Fuchs Group and Head of HR at ARLANXEO, where responsibilities included providing HR leadership and aligning strategies with business goals in Singapore and the broader APAC region. Earlier in Mark's career, contributions were made as HR Manager at Merit Medical Systems, Inc., focusing on strategic business partnerships and leadership in HR functions across APAC operations. Mark holds an EMBA in Business Administration and Management from both ESSEC Business School and Mannheim Business School, completed in January 2017.
