Ashok Drona

Ashok Drona has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Ashok began their career in 1971 as a Divisional Engineer at UP Agro Industrial Corporation, where they worked until 1976. Ashok then moved on to Ramganga Development Authority, where they served as the General Manager of Engineering from 1976 to 1983. From 1984 to 1991, they worked as an Estate Manager at St. Paul's School, Darjeeling.

In 1991, they joined Eldeco Constructions as the General Manager of Engineering and remained in that role until 1994. Ashok then worked as the General Manager at Precision Tools & Castings from 1994 to 1997.

From 1997 to 2002, Ashok served as a Management Consultant at the World Bank. Ashok then joined the Indian Institute for Special Education as the Executive Director for Development from 2002 to 2005.

In 2005, they held multiple roles simultaneously as the Resident Director-UP at PHD Chamber of Commerce and as the Director at Jhunjhunwala Business School. Finally, since 2008, Ashok has been working as the COO UP in Lucknow at Omaxe Limited.

Ashok Drona completed their B Tech degree in Agricultural Engineering from Pant College of Technology in Pantnagar from 1965 to 1969. Subsequently, they pursued a B Tech degree in Agril Engg from Uttarakhand Jobs during the same period. Later, they obtained an M Tech degree in Industrial Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, from 1979 to 1981.
