Mehdi Hatami started their work experience in 2005 at TakData, where they held various roles including IT Support Specialist, IT Support Manager, and Sales Manager. Mehdi worked there until April 2014. From April 2014 to September 2020, they were the Business Owner of Computer Hooshmand. In October 2021, they joined Ombea as a Customer Support Advisor, and later became a Customer Implementation Engineer in February 2022.

Mehdi Hatami pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Islamic Azad University from 2005 to 2012. Currently, they are enrolled at Stockholm University, where they are working towards a Master's degree in Information System Management, which they commenced in 2021.
