Manager of Customer Success Operations at Ombud

Anna Johnson has worked for three companies in a variety of roles. Anna began their career in 2014 as Head Project Assistant for Friends of Norris Cotton Cancer Center, The Prouty. In 2016, they joined Initiative for a Competitive Inner City as an Analyst. In 2018, they joined Ombud, where they have held four roles, including Manager of Customer Success Operations, Senior Customer Success Manager, Customer Success Manager, and Customer Success Analyst.

Anna Johnson attended Elon University and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics.
