OMC Partners is a specialist management consultancy dedicated to the legal sector. Founded in 2006, we have worked, since inception, with major in-house legal teams, leading international law firms, and private equity investors in the legal space.

We are fiercely independent and bring deep technical expertise, allowing us to deliver objective advice and tailored solutions.

Our core focus is driving legal operational efficiency. We use a wide range of approaches - from legal procurement, alternative sourcing and technology enablement, to embedding best practices and redesigning both back-office and front-line legal processes.

We partner closely with clients across the entire project lifecycle, from shaping strategy and designing solutions, through hands-on implementation, to ongoing performance management.

With nearly 20 years of experience we understand the unique complexities of change in the legal sector and bring substantial experience plus valuable benchmark data from both legal and broader industry contexts.

Headquartered in London, our work is truly international, supporting UK-based organisations as well as clients across the world.
