Harold Ward

Harold Ward has a diverse work experience spanning across different industries. Harold started their career in 1999 at Jackson Hewitt, where they served as an Office Manager/Tax Preparer for over a decade. In this role, they managed seasonal staff, handled scheduling and training, and prepared income tax returns for clients.

In 2002, Harold joined Omeda as an Account Representative, where they played a key role in developing potential customers and processing customer email deployment requests. Harold later moved up to become a Business Analyst, providing business analysis support on the company's email service provider team. Harold then transitioned to the role of Manager of Software Development & Quality Assurance, where they managed a team of Application Developers, Report Writers, Database Administrators, and Quality Assurance Analysts. Harold was responsible for coordinating software upgrades and releases, as well as contributing to the hiring and termination of staff members.

In 2016, Harold also served as an Election Judge at the Chicago Board of Election Commissioners. This role involved facilitating elections and ensuring the smooth running of the voting process.
