Tracy Rivas

Tracy Rivas has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Tracy currently holds the position of Vice President of Technology at Omeda, a company that provides database marketing SaaS applications. Previously, Tracy worked as the VP of Software Development and Director of Application Development at Omeda, where they oversaw multiple projects and teams, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders. Prior to that, they were the Director of Software Engineering & Product Strategy, responsible for managing projects and ensuring their successful completion. Tracy also worked as the Manager of API & Web Development at Omeda, where they set goals and timelines for client projects and led web form development. Earlier in their career, Tracy worked as a Software Engineer at Omeda, focusing on implementing database logging and monitoring events for API requests and responses. Before joining Omeda, they worked at Amdocs as a Senior Subject Matter Expert, leading the offshoring of middleware applications. Tracy also worked at AT&T as an IT Analyst and Associate IT Analyst, specializing in Java development for mission-critical middleware applications. Tracy's extensive experience in technology leadership and software development demonstrates their ability to successfully manage projects and deliver results.

Tracy Rivas earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University, where they studied from 2001 to 2004. In addition to their degree, Tracy obtained two certifications: Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in January 2017 and Scrum Certified Product Owner from Scrum Alliance in November 2016.
