Zakia Alameri

Zakia Alameri has a diverse work experience in the hospitality and food service industry. Zakia started their career in 2011 at a Chick-fil-A franchise, where they worked as a Team Leader until 2016. During this time, they also served as a Corporate Trainer at Chick-fil-A Corporate from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, they interned as a Food and Beverage Intern at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.

In 2017, Zakia joined The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company as a Food and Beverage Voyager and continued in this role until 2018. Zakia then moved to St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, where they worked as a Private Dining Manager from 2018 to 2019.

Following their tenure at St. Regis, Zakia joined The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company again, this time as a Food and Beverage Manager from 2019 to 2021.

In 2021, they expanded their expertise and joined Chick-fil-A Outlets at San Clemente as the Director of Social Media. Concurrently, they also worked at Omega Accounting Solutions as a Compliance Manager.

In 2022, Zakia became the Director of Fulfillment at Omega Accounting Solutions.

Throughout their career, Zakia has gained valuable experience in various areas such as leadership, training, food and beverage management, and social media. Zakia'sstrong background in customer service and attention to detail makes their a versatile professional in their field.

Zakia Alameri pursued their education at Northern Arizona University, specifically at The W. A. Franke College of Business, from 2013 to 2017. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
