Jerron Gates

Jerron Gates is an experienced project manager and technical account manager with a strong background in technology solutions, particularly in network management, cybersecurity, and IT services. Gates has been with Omega Systems since June 2019, contributing to various technology initiatives. Previous experience includes serving as Customer Solutions Manager at ImagEze, where analysis of customer IT functions led to strategic technology roadmaps. Gates also held roles as Service Delivery Coordinator at XO Communications, managing project orders and optimizing processes, and as Business Owner/Sales Consultant at One Touch To Wireless, overseeing sales and operations. Gates holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Alvernia University and an Associate’s degree in Computer Networking from Lehigh Valley College.
