Cindy Light, MS, SPHR, serves as the Director of HR Operations at Omega Technical Services since July 2023, having previously held the positions of Corporate Human Resources Manager at the same company. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Development Consultant and Principal Owner at Lead Light Consulting, a Talent Development Manager at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, and a Senior Regional HR Manager at Atkins Nuclear Solutions US. Cindy spent over a decade at Centrus Energy Corp. in various HR leadership positions, including Corporate Director of Human Resources, and gained foundational HR experience at Alcoa and US Foods. Cindy holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Bachelor's degree in English Education from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. Key areas of expertise include team building, talent development, change management, continuous improvement, and leadership development.
