Dwayne Ryan

Dwayne Ryan is a Finance Director at Omegro and has over 18 years of experience in both public practice and corporate environments. Dwayne is a fully qualified Chartered Accountant and an active member of NZ ICA, currently serving on the Corporate Sector Special Interest Group committee while enrolled in the future directors program offered by the NZ Institute of Directors. Dwayne has held various positions, including Finance Manager at Smartrak and Group Accountant at Recreational Vehicle Manufacturing Group. Dwayne is known for building strong relationships, providing technical consultancy in IFRS, and leading through empowerment and training. Dwayne holds a Bachelor of Management Studies in Accounting from the University of Waikato and a Yellow Belt in Lean Six Sigma focused on process improvements.
