Dwight Don

Dwight Don is an experienced leader in the technology and software sectors, currently serving as Group Leader for M&A at Omegro since June 2024, overseeing operations in the APAC and North American markets. Prior to this role, Dwight held multiple leadership positions at Holocentric, including Group Leader, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Customer Officer, where notable achievements included establishing a Centre of Excellence for the Department of Defence and leading significant projects for major clients. Additional experience includes Group Leader roles at Volaris Group, where Dwight coached management teams across various businesses, and as Chief Executive Officer at Lutra, focusing on integration and performance enhancement. Dwight's career began at the Australian Taxation Office in various analysis and management roles, later transitioning to Macquarie Bank to improve compliance technology. Dwight holds dual degrees in Commerce (Finance) and Information Systems from The Australian National University.
