Pete Talaba has a wealth of experience in the advertising and creative industry. Pete began their career at TrueNorth Media as an Assistant Broadcast Negotiator before moving on to Zenith Optimedia as a Broadcast Negotiator. Pete then joined Starcom as a Field Marketing Associate/Media Strategist, working directly with Miller Brewing Co. to develop merchandising programs. At Leo Burnett, Pete transitioned into account management, working on the Nintendo business. Pete further honed their skills at Young & Rubicam, where they led strategic planning for Hotels and worked on the Sears account. As Director of Brand Strategy at Digital Kitchen, Pete helped reposition the company into an agency and integrated strategy into its capabilities. Pete then joined R/GA as a Strategy Director, establishing the agency's presence in the Midwest and working with various brands across the network. Currently, Pete is a Partner and Chief Strategy Officer at Omelet, where they collaborate with a range of high-profile clients. Overall, Pete has a diverse background and has contributed their expertise to numerous successful campaigns and projects throughout their career.

Pete Talaba holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from Ohio University. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation from the International Coaching Federation in December 2020. In December 2015, they became a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Additionally, Pete Talaba achieved the milestone of climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro in July 2010 according to Tanzania National Parks.
