Jeff Baxter

Jeff Baxter is a patent litigator at O'Melveny & Myers LLP, where they represent companies in patent, trade secret, and intellectual property litigation. With over twenty years of experience, they have litigated cases in both state and federal courts and participated in investigations before the International Trade Commission. Previously, Jeff served as a partner at Baker Botts LLP and as a summer associate at Fish & Richardson P.C. They hold a JD from Harvard Law School and a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering, along with a BA in Philosophy, both from Rice University.
