Vision Winter

Vision Winter is a partner at O'Melveny & Myers LLP in the Silicon Valley office, specializing in intellectual property litigation within the fields of electrical, computer science, and electronics. Vision's practice includes representing clients in high-stakes cases, such as securing a historic $1.25 billion settlement for a global microprocessor manufacturer and handling patent infringement actions for consumer electronics companies. Prior to this role, Vision worked as a power and controls project engineer at Procter & Gamble, leading significant engineering projects. Vision holds a JD from Pepperdine Law and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara.
