Alexandra Chris

Alexandra Chris, PhD, is currently the Lead of Leadership and Team Development at OMERS, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Alexandra worked as a Program Manager for Well-Being at York University from October 2022 to July 2023 and as a Program Lead for Corporate Well-Being at Rogers Communications from June 2019 to September 2022. Additionally, Alexandra has experience as an Industrial-Organizational Psychology Consultant from January 2014 to June 2019. In academia, Alexandra served as a Teaching Assistant in both the MBA and Masters of Leadership programs and the undergraduate Psychology program at the University of Guelph. Notable earlier roles include Organizational Development Specialist at GoalsIQ Inc. and Organizational Development Intern at Amdocs. Alexandra holds a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Guelph, as well as a Master’s degree from the same institution and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Western University.
