Bernard Kwan, CPA, CA, CISA, currently serves as Associate Director of Pensions Technology Risk at OMERS since January 2024. Prior to this role, Bernard held the position of Senior Manager of IT Internal Audit at RBC from August 2021 to December 2023. Additionally, Bernard worked as a Senior IT Audit Specialist at the Treasury Board Secretariat from January 2021 to August 2021. Bernard began a career at PwC Canada, progressing from Associate to Senior Associate, and then to Manager in Risk Assurance Services from September 2015 to January 2021. Bernard holds a Master of Accounting degree from the University of Waterloo, obtained in 2014, and a Bachelor of Accounting and Financial Management degree from the same institution, completed in 2013.
