Carol Lu

Carol Lu, CPA, CA, MAcc, currently serves as Senior Manager of Capital Markets Finance at OMERS since March 2023, having previously held the role of Manager in the same department. Prior to OMERS, Carol Lu was Associate Director of Enterprise Cost Allocation at RBC Royal Bank of Canada from January 2022 to May 2023 and worked at RBC Capital Markets for several years as Associate Director and Manager of Wholesale Financial Control. Carol Lu's earlier experience includes positions at Deloitte Canada as a Senior and Staff Accountant, BDO Canada as a Staff Accountant, and various accounting roles at Zhejiang Association for Science & Technology and Scotiabank, among others. Carol Lu completed a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Accounting and Financial Management with a focus on Public Accounting, both from the University of Waterloo.
