Cathy Zuo

Cathy Zuo is a seasoned compensation professional with extensive experience in global compensation strategies. Currently serving as Associate Director at OMERS since March 2021, Cathy has progressively advanced through roles including Manager and Lead in Global Compensation. Prior to OMERS, Cathy held the position of Advisor in Compensation Advisory at TD from June 2018 to February 2021 and worked as a Senior Analyst in Total Rewards at Willis Towers Watson from January 2016 to May 2018. Cathy's career began at Deloitte Canada as a Staff Accountant in Assurance & Advisory from September 2014 to December 2015. Cathy Zuo holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen's University, obtained between 2010 and 2014.
