Christopher Shantz

Christopher Shantz is a results-oriented team leader currently serving as the Employee Relations Manager at OMERS. With a strong passion for promoting positive labour relations and inclusive work environments, they have previously held positions at CIBC and the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General. They served as a Labour Relations Officer and Advisor, where they represented the Ministry in collective agreements and provided guidance in labour relations activities. Christopher earned a Graduate Diploma in International Relations from the University of London and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from McMaster University.
