Cindy Ly

Cindy Ly, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Cindy has worked as a Project Delivery Lead at OMERS since 2023 and previously served as a Project Manager at CAAT Pension Plan from January to August 2023. Prior to that, Cindy worked as a Project Manager at The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario from June 2021 to January 2023. Cindy also gained experience as a Project Analyst at University Health Network from May 2017 to June 2021 and as a Project Coordinator at HOOPP (Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan) from July 2015 to December 2016. Additionally, Cindy worked as an Associate Analyst at Cancer Care Ontario from October 2012 to March 2016. Cindy began their career as a Records and Registration Officer at North York General Hospital in December 2011 and also worked briefly as an Analyst at Loblaw Companies Limited in September to December 2011.

Cindy Ly, PMP, obtained a Bachelor of Health Science degree with a specialization in Health Information Management from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology in 2010. Cindy has additional certifications including a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in April 2021. In 2018, they gained the certification of Certified Change Agent from Capillary Consulting Inc. Furthermore, they have certifications in Population Health Data Analysis from the University of Victoria in 2013, and in Medical Terminology from the Canadian Healthcare Association in 2010.
