Colin Mathison

Colin Mathison, CPA, CA, currently serves as the Director of Global Tax at OMERS since January 2021, having previously held the role of Senior Manager in Taxation. Prior experience includes a position as Manager of Enterprise Tax at CPP Investment Board from October 2019 to January 2021 and roles within Hyundai Capital Canada, where Colin advanced from Tax Manager to Tax Senior Manager between January 2015 and October 2019. Earlier career experience at PwC Canada spanned from January 2008 to January 2015, including a position as Manager of Tax Services focused on the Technology, Communications, Retail, and Consumer Industry, along with an internship in 2007. Colin earned a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction in Accounting from Ryerson University and holds CPA, CA designation as well as completion of In-Depth Tax Programs from CPA Canada.
