Colin Shaw

Colin Shaw is an entrepreneurial audit and risk leader with over 30 years of experience in governance, assurance, compliance, and investigations in complex global organizations. They have served as Chief Audit Executive at American Express Bank of Canada and Greater Toronto Airports Authority, in addition to being the Global Head of Internal Audit for one of Canada’s largest pension plans. Currently, Colin holds the position of Global Head of Internal Audit at OMERS, while also contributing as a board educator with The Directors College. They have been recognized in the Diligent Modern Governance 100 for their effective enhancement of governance and director readiness.
