Danielle Gruttke

Danielle Gruttke, CHRP is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in job evaluation, employee relations, and recruitment across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at OMERS since June 2022, Danielle has previously held multiple HR roles at The Canadian Press, where responsibilities included supporting a large unionized workforce and managing full-cycle recruitment. Prior experience includes HR roles at Armstrong Partnership, GWL Realty Advisors, and Randstad Canada, among others, showcasing a consistent focus on recruitment, training, and HRIS implementation. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies from Western University and a Learning Design Certificate from the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies.
