Erin Silverman

Erin Silverman possesses extensive experience in employee and labour relations, currently serving as the Director of Employee and Labour Relations at OMERS since April 2022, following a role as Associate Director. Prior to this, Erin held managerial positions at Southlake Regional Health Centre from December 2020 to April 2022 and accumulated significant expertise at CBC from 2010 to 2020, progressing from Human Resources Assistant to Senior Advisor, Industrial Relations. Earlier experience includes a role as a Labour Relations Administrator at LCBO. Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and International Development from McGill University and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from York University.
