Fiona Tran

Fiona Tran is a Senior Associate in Global Compensation at OMERS, specializing in executive compensation and leading initiatives in pay equity and transparency. Previously, as an Associate in Compensation Advisory at Kinross Gold Corporation, Fiona supported North American compensation and benefits teams. Fiona's extensive experience includes roles as a Total Rewards Analyst and Specialist, as well as internships focusing on human resources and communications. Fiona's leadership skills were demonstrated as Co-President of the Human Resources Alliance, which supports HR management students.
