Garry Cubitt

Garry Cubitt is an experienced professional with a strong background in governance and leadership. Currently serving as a Board Member at OMERS since January 2023, Garry has been a Governor Emeritus at Trent University since July 2021 and holds the position of Vice Chair on the Durham Region Police Service Board since February 2019. Prior to these roles, Garry was the Chief Administrative Officer at Durham Region from May 1993 to February 2019. Garry holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science with honors from Trent University.
