Joseph MacLeod

Joseph Macleod is an experienced ServiceNow professional with a robust background in IT service management, security operations, and software development. Currently serving as Manager of ServiceNow Services at OMERS since January 2020, Joseph has led the design and implementation of advanced workflows within the Security Operations module and acted as a technical lead across multiple ServiceNow modules.
