Katherine Short

Katherine Short, CFA, serves as the Associate Director of Sustainable Investing at OMERS, where responsibilities include leading efforts in sustainable investing, particularly within OMERS Private Equity, since November 2021. Previously, Katherine held the same title at Dozens in 2020, and from 2017 to 2019, worked at RBC as the Director of Investments and Advice, overseeing the client-facing Portfolio Advisor Team and co-chairing the RBC InvestEase Investment Committee. Prior experience includes senior management roles at Vanguard Canada, focusing on institutional client relationships, and an investment analyst position at MCAP, where Katherine worked on mortgage-backed securities. Katherine holds an MBA from London Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from York University.
