Lauren Wan

Lauren Wan has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Lauren is currently the Talent Acquisition Lead at OMERS, where they recruit experienced professionals for global investments. Previously, they worked as a Senior Advisor at CPP Investments, recruiting for experienced professionals in investments and internal groups. Prior to that, they were a Recruiter at Barrick Gold Corporation, where they recruited for corporate and AuTec roles. Lauren also worked as a Recruitment Advisor at Deloitte Canada, focusing on experienced hires for the Risk Advisory practice. Lauren started their career as a Recruiter at Robert Half International and as a Recruitment Coordinator at Aon, where they also held a role as a Recruiting Associate for BMO Financial Client Group. Additionally, they had experience as a Data Entry Associate at Certified Management Accountants of Ontario and as a Sales Administrator at Tridel.

Lauren Wan obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Human Resources from the University of Toronto in 2010.
