Macey D. currently serves as the Manager of HR Reporting & Analytics at OMERS since November 2021, previously holding the role of Lead in the same department. Macey's prior experience includes positions as a Senior Consultant in Policies and Consultant in Employee Relations at LifeWorks from April 2019 to November 2021, as well as a Compensation Analyst at Walmart Canada for a brief period in 2018. Macey's career began at Syncrude Canada Ltd., where roles included Human Resources Advisor and Human Resources Coordinator in Compensation from February 2015 to October 2018 and January 2014 to August 2014 respectively. Macey also gained experience as a Human Resources Student at Premier Meat Packers in late 2012. Macey holds a Master of Management Analytics from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University and a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction in Human Resource Management & International Business from Concordia University.
