Michael Ezeard, CHRP, CTMP, has extensive experience in member experience and compliance within the finance and pension sectors. Currently serving as Member Experience Lead at OMERS since October 2015, Michael has held roles including Member Experience Analyst, Privacy Partner, and Member Experience Specialist, focusing on educating members about pension maximization and handling sensitive inquiries with professionalism. Prior experience includes roles as a Compliance Officer at GP Wealth Management, where responsibilities included conducting suitability assessments on mutual fund trades, and as a Resolutions Representative at CI Investments, facilitating trade completion and advisor education.
