Shannon Lan

Shannon Lan, CBV, is a seasoned professional in valuations with extensive experience at OMERS since September 2019, where roles have included Manager, Valuations, Senior Analyst, and Analyst. Prior to this, Shannon worked as an Analyst in Investment Finance & Valuations at OMERS during a summer internship in 2018. Early career experiences include positions as a Junior Financial Analyst at the City of Mississauga and an Accountant at the YMCAs of Cambridge & Kitchener-Waterloo. Shannon began a career in finance and insurance as a Lifeguard and Lifesaving and Swim Instructor at the City of Markham from January 2013 to January 2016. Educationally, Shannon holds a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Accounting and Financial Management, both from the University of Waterloo.
