Stephen Piunno has over 20 years of global industry financial leadership experience. Stephen has held various roles in different companies, including Vice President of Internal Audit at OMERS, Interim CFO at Arcestra, Consultant/Finance Director at Sysomos, Vice President of Corporate Finance and Director of Finance at Sienna Senior Living, Vice President of Finance at Entertainment One, Director of Finance at Bell Canada, and various roles at Husky Injection Molding Systems and RSM Richter. Stephen has a strong background in financial management, audit, and advisory services.

Stephen Piunno obtained a degree in BBMD with a focus on Finance and Economics from Ryerson University. This degree was earned from 1991 to 1995.

Subsequently, they completed the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (CPA, CA) certification program, which concluded in 1999.

In terms of additional certifications, Stephen Piunno obtained the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification from IIA-The Institute of Internal Auditors in February 2022.
