Tim D'Souza

Tim D'Souza serves as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Business Operations at Diabetes Canada, where they lead a multifaceted team to enhance the lives of those affected by diabetes. In addition to this role, Tim is an active board member for several organizations, including the Ontario Internal Audit Committee and the Canadian Chiropractic Examining Board. Previously, Tim held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Children Believe, empowering youth globally. Their extensive experience also includes leadership roles at Sun Life Financial, IBM, and various non-profit organizations. Tim's educational background includes an MBA from Yale University and a master's degree in International Development from the University of Guelph.
