Vanessa Rocco has extensive experience in the financial industry, starting as a Personal Banker at Scotiabank from April 2004 to June 2010. Vanessa currently holds various roles at OMERS, starting as a Senior Client Service Representative and working their way up to Manager, Client Support Services. Vanessa is now an Associate Director in the Products & Technology department, as well as an Associate Director for Member Experience. Throughout their career, Vanessa has demonstrated their expertise in client services and support.
