Wanzhen (Joy) Yang has significant experience in capital markets risk and investment performance analytics, currently serving as Associate Director of Capital Markets Risk and previously as Associate Director of Risk Analytics at OMERS since October 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Analyst and Analyst in Investment Risk Management at OMERS, as well as a Senior Analyst and Analyst in Investment Performance and Analytics at Manulife Investment Management from January 2019 to September 2020. Wanzhen began a career in finance as a Fixed Income Analyst during a co-op term at OMERS Capital Markets and as a Financial Analyst co-op at Nestlé Waters. Wanzhen holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Management from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics.
