Alice Wright

Alice Wright has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Business Development Executive at Instant Impact from an unknown start date to 2013 until May 2017. Alice then became a Business Development Manager at Instant Impact from March 2016 to May 2017.

Following that, they worked as a Senior Account Manager at Side.co from March 2017 to March 2018, where they focused on client acquisition and the launch and development of Side in the UK.

Currently, Alice works at Ometria, where they began as a Customer Success Manager in March 2018. Alice then became a Senior Customer Success Manager in April 2020 and is currently working as a Customer Success Team Lead (Enterprise Team) since January 2023. Ometria is a customer marketing platform that helps retailers send personalized marketing messages to increase customer loyalty and lifetime value.
