Randall Beard is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in board governance and advisory roles, particularly within the tech-enabled services and SaaS sectors. Currently serving as an Independent Director and Board Member at RSB Advisory LLC, Beard also holds similar positions at Expana, Ometria, Suzy, and Keen Decision Systems. With additional roles as a Senior Advisor to H.I.G. Capital, an Executive Advisor to Bain & Company, and the Chair of the Board at Starlite Media, Beard has a strong focus on strategy, digital marketing, media, and predictive analytics. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BS in Marketing from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
