Amanda Desmond

Amanda Desmond, M.Ed., is a Senior Instructional Designer in Organizational Learning & Development at OneMain Financial, where responsibilities include designing enterprise-wide eLearning compliance courses and managing leadership development programs. Prior experience includes serving as a Science Educator in various school districts, where Amanda developed STEM curricula and implemented training programs for new staff. Leadership roles spanned curriculum development, mentoring, and serving on school leadership teams. Amanda holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Salisbury University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from York College of Pennsylvania.
