Amber Browning

Amber Browning has over two decades of experience in the financial industry, currently serving as the Associate Director of Operations - Technology Release & Relations at OneMain Financial since June 2003. In this role, Amber oversees strategic initiatives to enhance operational readiness and change adoption within core systems. Previous positions at OneMain include Senior Project Manager and Loss Mitigation Manager, where responsibilities included supervising loss mitigation staff and developing workout solutions for clients. Amber also contributed to employee development as a Trainer, creating training programs and conducting sessions for new and existing staff. Earlier career experiences include customer service roles at Fifth Third Bank and as a Telemarketing Manager at Tri-State Mortgage, where Amber focused on applicant generation and staff management. Education was obtained from Ivy Tech Community College.
